A proven intervention model from StepStones blends dedicated Connection Coordinators with rent subsidies. Pre-exit planning secures housing pathways, landlord negotiations ease biases, and wraparounds sustain mental health and belonging , all while youth hold leases and build autonomy.

Northpine Foundation is proud to invest in this initiative, slashing dropout risks, preventing massive public costs, and unlocking futures free from cycles of poverty and instability.
