Northpine has made a follow-on investment in Staffmax Staffing and Recruiting to help more Employment and Income Assistance recipients move into meaningful, long-term employment in Winnipeg.

Staffmax has already shown strong results by placing EIA recipients into jobs and helping many stay employed. The new venture will build on that track record by expanding coaching, job matching, and retention support so more participants can reach 12 months of stable employment.

The initiative is designed to help people gain financial independence and reduce reliance on social assistance. Northpine’s investment will support Staffmax in turning a proven employment pathway into even stronger outcomes for Winnipeg residents.
